On Virat, Rohit's Future After Champions Trophy, An 'Honest' Verdict

With the next ODI World Cup in 2027, is it time for the veteran duo of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli to make way for young talent? Watch: 'Superman' Rahane's Fielding Effort Wows Fans In RCB vs CSK Clash

While batters made merry in the Royal Challengers Bangalore-Chennai Super Kings clash at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in the IPL 2023 on Monday, with over 440 run being scored by the two teams, Ajinkya Rahane wowed everyone with a fabulous save. The effort came on the penultimate ball of the ninth over with Ravindra Jadeja bowling to Glenn Maxwell. The RCB batter hoicked one over long-off and it would have flown for a six, had CSK's Rahane not intervened with an overhead attempt. He looked like even catching the ball but could not maintain balance and flicked the ball back into the ground just in time. He saved sure-hot five runs.
