Behind Kohli's Perth Tactic, England Great's Justification: "Had To Do..."

Former England captain Michael Vaughan has defended star India batter Virat Kohli after his flop show with the bat in the 1st innings of the Perth Test against Australia. Kohli managed just five runs before fending off a climbing Josh Hazlewood delivery to Usman Khawaja at slip. His 12-ball stay in the middle extended his lean patch with the bat, having managed just 93 runs in the recent home series loss to New Zealand. The former India captain hasn't scored a century since the West Indies tour last year. Vaughan, however, refused to rule Kohli out just yet despite his failure in the 1st innings in Perth. He suggested it's too early to judge Kohli, highlighting how the excessive seam movement made life difficult for most batters. "It is too hard to judge him. Coming out of the crease in Perth when the ball is bouncing is a tactic not many try to pull off and he went for that. It bounced and he found the outside edge. Flesh Found In Septic Tank Of Flat Where Bangladesh MP Was Likely Killed

Three and a half kilos of chopped up flesh was recovered from a septic tank in a Kolkata apartment where the ruling Awami League lawmaker Anwarul Azim Anar stayed - where he was likely murdered and his body skinned, chopped up, and pieces stuffed into plastic packets dumped across the city.

Bangladesh MP Anwarul Azim Anar came to Kolkata on May 12 for medical treatment. He was staying with a friend till he went missing a few days later. The MP is believed to have been murdered in Kolkata on May 22. Three people have been arrested in the case.

Police sources say a forensic investigation will establish whether this flesh is human and part of the dismembered body of the Bangladesh MP. Traces of MP's body or body parts are yet to be found.

Chief of the Bangladesh Detective Department Harun-ur-Rashid, who described it as "cold-blooded, barbaric murder," is currently in India to investigate the case.

"We inspected the sewage line which is connected with that duplex flat (place of occurrence of the murder) with the help of West Bengal CID. We took help from CID West Bengal to break the whole sewage line. We are already interrogating the accused butcher at the CID West Bengal headquarters," Harun-ur-Rashid told media.

The West Bengal Criminal Investigation Department (CID) said that one of the suspects in the case, a Mumbai-based butcher confessed during interrogation that he had taken off all the skin from the Bangladeshi MP's body, chopped it up and minced the cut parts in a bid to destroy its identity.

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed to investigate the killing of the Bangladeshi MP.

A report of hydraulic failure from a Tiruchirappalli-Sharjah Air India Express flight and its subsequent holding pattern for over two hours may have caused panic on the ground, but things were always under control inside the cockpit, senior sources from the airline have told NDTV.  Flight AXB 613 took off from Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu at 5.40 pm on Friday and landed at the same airport around 8.15 pm.  Here's what happened in the interim: The sources said that after the plane, a Boeing 737-800, was airborne, the landing gear was retracted normally.  When the landing gear, or undercarriage, was stowed successfully, the cockpit master caution, which indicates a system malfunction, sounded.
